The Ohio Housing Council’s first-ever Spring Symposium at the Ohio Statehouse will:

  • Spotlight Leadership: Feature Lt. Governor Jim Tressel’s keynote at 11:30 a.m., highlighting housing’s critical role in Ohio’s economic and community development.
  • Frame Policy Priorities: Focus on key initiatives under legislative consideration, including investments in the Ohio Housing Trust Fund and the future of state tax credit programs.
  • Drive Collaboration: Offer a direct forum for dialogue between lawmakers and housing professionals to shape policies that will expand and preserve affordable housing across Ohio.
