Kristen Senff

Kristen Senff is the Central Region Originations Managing Director for National Equity Fund. In this role, Kristen leads a team of Originators covering a 17-state territory and focuses on growing market share and serving NEF’s developer relationships in the Midwest and Central regions. She also directly structures, underwrites and originates new tax credit investments and loans within the territory. Since joining NEF in 2010, Kristen has directly closed over $1.25 billion in LIHTC equity and assisted in closing several proprietary funds with new NEF investors. Prior to joining NEF, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America in their Commercial Real Estate Lending and Special Assets Groups. She holds a B.S. in finance from Miami University and has three energetic elementary school aged boys who she loves carpooling around town and cheering on at their various sports and activities.
