James Jim Poznik

With over 25 years of experience providing debt and equity capital for affordable housing and community based real estate projects, Mr. Poznik has special expertise in community development finance. Jim is currently the Director of Acquisitions and Underwriting for Grow America and previously served as Director of Community Development Lending and Investment for Huntington Bank and KeyBank. In addition to his work on CHN’s board, Jim’s volunteer work includes leadership positions with Historic Gateway Neighborhood Development Corporation, the Ohio Housing Council, and fund raising for the Chiari and Syringomyelia Foundation (CSF). He earned his MBA from Cleveland State University.
